With nearly 20,000 cleans carried out worldwide, Engine Carbon Clean is the market leader with extensive experience across a range of industry sectors including automotive, marine and power generation.
In addition to the general public, we work closely with the MoD, Commercial Fleets, Councils and Emergency Services to bring the Engine Carbon Clean service to those with large vehicle volumes requiring regular cleans as part of their maintenance schedules. Our unique product range allows us to manage any sized engine up to 30 litres with further scope for up to 100 litres.

Our Engine Carbon Clean mobile units are designed and manufactured in the UK. They are insured, under warranty, and have official CE marking. We also have EMC accreditation which authorises us to carry out the Engine Carbon Clean service both airside and trackside. Furthermore, our entire team of agents across the globe are fully trained and insured to perform the service on your vehicle or machine. We’ve got you covered.
Our mission is to provide the best service for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there could be occasions where a customer may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can investigate your complaint . Either call us on 0800 048 9884 or email us at enquiries@enginecarbonconclean.com and we aim to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
As a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction through our own procedures, you may wish to refer your complaint to Dispute Resolution Ombudsman who will investigate your complaint independently.
